Since the creation of this video tutorial, the creators of the Eventin plugin (Themewinter) have made some changes to the content editing interface. Previously (as per the video below) The WordPress Gutenberg Block Editor was the only available content editor. There are now two options, as per the below screenshots, the Classic Editor and the Gutenberg Editor:
